Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

No Returns or Exchanges Because digital files cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital download purchases.

Exceptions We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You were charged but did not receive your download link
• You received the wrong files

To request assistance, contact us at femosasales@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate charge.

Download Issues If you're having trouble accessing your files, please check your spam folder or log into your account at nichesales.com.au to access your downloads before requesting a refund.
