Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
No Returns or Exchanges — Because digital files cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital download purchases. All download activity is logged.
Exceptions — We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were charged but did not receive your download link
- You received the wrong files
Before contacting your bank or payment provider, please reach out to us first — we're happy to resolve any issues quickly.
To request assistance, contact us at femosasales@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
Duplicate Purchases — If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
Download Issues — If you're having trouble accessing your files, please check your spam folder or log into your account at nichesales.com.au to access your downloads before requesting a refund.
